I arrived at the property and there was no one there. I tried calling the property's number and a confused young receptionist answered because no one had notified him of my arrival. Even worse, the phone number belongs to another hotel. The young man kindly asked me if I could go to his hotel and he would try to sort it out, which he did. In the end, I had to leave Hotel Roma and go to Hotel Al Pino Verde. So, if you're looking for a place to stay, it's better to go to Al Pino Verde, and if you arrive at night, the young man at reception will surely help you with your stay. I was very disappointed with the experience but grateful that a young man with an exhausting work schedule was able to help me. "
