"I had a great experience staying one night at Hotel Riale. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friends. All of them were accommodating and helpful: Francisco and Gabriel were the ones that took care of my check-in, João took our luggage and our check-out was done smoothly by Hugo and his co-worker (forgot his name). They were all exemplary and I would definitely stay there again. "

"There is no hot water no microwave and no refrigerator in your room it's always loud and it's only one guy at the desk that helps you as you arrive all the other ones have you stand there for ten to 15mins while they do everything besides helping you "
"They've made a lot of improvements and upgrades to the hotel. The only issue is Wi-Fi which is going to be a problem since this is an old building with marble. It is a very beautiful building to look at especially the center of it and it is close to everything you need from transportation to restaurants. It's also close to a lot of bars and pubs and nightlife. The only thing that I wish is that we would go back to using ethernet internet. Sad to say though, those days are long gone and we'll have to stick with Wi-Fi. Oh I was saying that room service from the restaurant and the food is good."
