"A bit of a strange experience when spending £250 for the night. No staff to great you and explain how everything works and nothing in the room either not even a bottle of water. Just a text message with door code and key left in an envelope. The street and those surrounding were very quiet. For a woman travelling alone I didn’t want to venture further a field to find somewhere to eat so had to make do with a snack bar in my bag and water from the bathroom tap. "Everything about this place was amazing! From the hosts' hospitality, to the charm of the property, to the decor and cleanliness of the room and much more! "We stayed for a week as a family holiday, three generations. The house was amazing, really homely but with all the mod cons we needed. The location is a rare find ... we know the island very well and love it and to be so secluded was a real treat. Thought has gone into setting up eating/sitting areas so you can follow the sun or avoid it if it's really hot. We would love to return."
