"The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast burritos were fantastic! Our bathroom tiles were popping up due to a significant water leak. We let the person know when we checked in. He came up and took pictures but dis not offer to give us another room. The issue got worse as we showered as more tiles became loose and more water rose up. I let the front desk staff k ow upon check out, but she did not seem too concerned. I think it would have been a nice stay had we been offered another room."

"Front desk person was very "unrefined" not friendly but not mean on purpose. It seemed like she just didn't know how to talk with people on a professional level. Also the pool has been closed since October had we have known, we would have booked other accommodations."

Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great."
