Beautiful spacious condo

The owner really goes out of her way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Condo is stocked with everything you'd need. On island help for any urgent or specific questions you might have. Would recommend!

Great amenities

Aside from the seaweed, it was a great place to stay. We spent much time on the other side for beaches. Really nice to have the beautiful kitchen with all necessities,to include things like coffee filters, laundry pods, spices, butter ( from past visitors?) and shampoo/beach towels. Had i known how expensive the food is in St Croix, i would have filled a suitcase with non perishables and paid the 40 checked baggage fee. We left coffee, unopened lunch meat, cereal, etc for next people. The snorkeling was awesome and so great to have equipment. Love the friendly cat who may or may not live next door. Enjoy! Love St Croix.

July summer getaway

Condo was very clean, great location, manager and owner were very helpful with suggesting things to do on the island. We will definitely be returning to St. Croix !!!

Paradise !!!!!!

We had the most perfect vacation… the Condo is amazing… had everything you need. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures.. we spent a lot of time out on the veranda… it was so quiet and relaxing… the pool was great too!!!!! It was fantastic!!!!!

We love this condo

This was our 2nd time at Theatre on The Beach. We brought out two adult children spouses and our grand baby and had a perfect vacation again. The remodels are beautiful ( kitchen looks great) the condo is responsive to our needs and Leslie is everything you would want in an owner. We are already booked for 2015. Love St Croix and this is the perfect place to stay!

Bad air!

Yep! It was not the right time to stay! The damm brown seaweed gave off a nasty smell. All 5 guests are sick, two weeks after staying at The Theater on the Beach! The beach itself was useless! We drove 30 minutes away everyday!

Beautifully furnished

Theater on The Beach is thoughtfully, tastefully, furnished. Leslie has done a wonderful job. This was an introductory trip to St. Croix for our group composed of 2 adult couples. The resort was quiet and appeared to be well kept. We had an opportunity to stay 2 nights in another unit prior to our stay in Theater On The Beach and the difference was night and day. The emphasized to us that all condos are not created equal. Grocery stores are close by and is a very decent restaurant on an adjacent property--an easy walk. There are many, many beautiful areas to see in St. Croix so rent a car and see the sights. Go to the numerous wonderful restaurants scattered throughout the island but leave time to get out on the water--warm and inviting. If you are wanting to stay close to Christiansted, this is a good choice-close enough but far enough away from the hub-bub. Leslie's guest books will give all the information you need-where to go, what to see and do and ultimately, how to relax.

Home on the Beach

The Theatre on the Beach at Sugar Beach Resort was a beautiful place to stay for our week on St. Croix. Leslie was always very helpful with her prompt replies to my many questions. She has thought of everything to include in her condo. The kitchen is well stocked, your own washer/dryer (so you don't have to pack much at all for this trip), extra bath towels and many beach towels, family games, decorated like a home not a hotel, a big closet on the balcony houses every beach accessory you can think of (water shoes, fins, snorkels, masks, life jackets... all for kids & adults both & sand toys as well). We ate most of our meals at the condo out on the balcony that stretches all the way between the living room & master bedroom. She even has ceiling fans out there. That was our favorite place to be... for that break taking view. The mix between the soft waves and the palm tree leaves waving in the trade winds, all stress goes away. Leslie has a large collection of movies with the themes of pirates, islands and oceanlife. My family of 4 really enjoyed watching Pirates of the Caribbean one evening, which was very fitting for our island stay. My 11 year old stayed in the guest bedroom and my 7 year old stayed in the bonus space with the pretty murals. This worked out great. The bonus room doesn't have an air conditioning vent to keep it cool, but we fixed that by leaving the master bedroom door open (they are adjoining rooms) at night. Plus, Leslie has a couple of rotating fans & ceiling fans in that space that helped. The office staff was helpful. We asked them about the best ice cream on the island, they quickly told us about Armstrong's. This is a family owned shop that has been in business since 1900 and they make their ice cream from local, tropical fruits! We loved it. One night we called security because of loud neighbors, and it was quickly taken care of. Several evenings we grilled our dinner on the gas grill up at the pool. That was a great feature; plus we were always the only ones there. We rented a jeep and ventured all over the island. We highly recommend Big Beard's for a full day sail & snorkel. The best local flavor of food was a small place called La Reine's Chicken Shack. We loved this experience with the music, fantastic rotisserie chicken, peas & rice, salad, & fresh Johnny Cakes! The tour at Cruzan Rum Distillery & sampling was a highlight too. Pueblo Supermarket is where we grocery shopped (5 min drive).

Week long stay

We had a wonderful stay at the “Theatre on the Beach”. Check in process was easy and all instructions very clear. We received so much information about the island of St. Croix the must do’s , historic points of interest, different beach locations and lots of dining options! Accommodations were five star! Leslie and Alisha were so informative and easy to communicate with. Thank You for a fabulous vacation! We highly recommend!!

Friends Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Property was close to Boardwalk, only took us 5-10 minutes to get there. View from deck was beautiful!! We enjoyed our coffee out there every morning!Place was clean and had everything we needed!!. Few things, lights on deck flickered probably need new bulbs or there is a short in the connection . We couldn’t get any internet as the one they said never showed up. TV in main bedroom didn’t work , as it was not dish network but connected to internet, so it was constantly trying to connect while the other room had dish network. Would be simple to add another hopper to that room:)We enjoyed our stay!! One other thing, it would have been nice to have a regular door on the main bedroom instead of slatted doors. Leslie was easy to email before we got there and was very helpful with information!!We enjoyed our week there!!

Great stay

Comfortable and well stocked condo. Host and Rep were very communicative and kept us informed during an unforeseen power outage. Power was restored in a few short hours and we remained comfortable throughout our stay.

Amazing veiws wonderful condo

This condo had everything you need for an amazing time in St Croix The owner and manager went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I would highly recommend this property. Very private beach with amazing snorkeling, close to the town and great places to eat.

USVI Vacay

This was our family's first time visiting the USVI. St. Croix is a beautiful island. The unit was as described in the listing. It had a stunning view of the ocean. There was a crazy storm that knocked the power out until the next day. We plan to visit again in the future as there are a couple of things we would like to experience on our return. Thanks!

Wonderful Location

Great place for two couples! The location is just a quick ride to Christiansted where there is a number of really good restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need and there's a large balcony with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean. The pool is quiet with little seats and tables located right in the water, doesn't get better than that! The neighbors at the condo are very friendly and helpful in advising their favorite places to go and eat. Leslie, the owner, also provides you with a huge list. Wherever we drove around, people were very friendly. Loved the beaches, the pool and our stay in St. Croix!

Wonderful vacation home!

Leslie and her property manager were both very helpful and quick to repsond to messages. Theater on the Beach was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Plenty of space for four adults. The views from the covered porch are amazing. The ocean water was calm, great for snorkeling! The pool was clean with plenty of loungers to sit on. We hope to stay again some day!
