Oceanfront Oasis; Fun family retreat, with private pool, snorkeling steps away.

Fully furnished oceanfront property. Includes a recently renovated en suite master bath, attached to the master bedroom. The hall bath was also fully renovated in the last few months. Our property is an oceanfront private security camera monitored residence. It is outfitted with washer and dryer, full kitchen, spacious veranda, with a view of the ocean and recently renovated private pool. The pool area is furnished, with multiple lounge chairs, bar area and bbq's. We are 5 minutes from Christiansted historical sights and boardwalk. Convenient to all shopping and entertainment, walk on our private beach to next door restaurants. Excellent area for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling. Enjoy snorkelling in the man made tire reef in the backyard!, where you will view barracuda, rays, turtles, colourful tangs, and Lion Fish. Quiet non-smoking, respect our neighbours. Featured in HGTV House Hunters Caribbean Life episode. We know that after one visit in our beautiful locale, you will come to enjoy St. Croix as much as we do.

Nice oceanfront property with great view

Property has a really nice patio with views of the pool and the ocean. The community is very friendly and helpful Owner was very responsive to the few minor issues that came up. Close to downtown Christiansted. We felt it was a good value for our stay.

We had a short but sweet stay prior to boarding a liveaboard dive boat. The property was just as listed. Great location, beautiful property with a nice pool and beach area. Very responsive host. Thank you!

Very nice. Great communication with owner. We ate all our meals outside on the large balcony with ocean view. Washer and dryer a nice plus. Very nice renovated showers. Good central location.

Pool amazing and beach perfect.

One week stay alone so was perfect having an amazing restaurant a 3 min walk on the beach, pool was perfect, property very nice and calling Jacob for taxi service made it easy to get to boardwalk, Rhythms at your convenience.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. The area is very quiet and safe, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Great view of the water right from the balcony. I would stay there again.

Great experience

This condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. I would have to give the condition of the property a 9 instead of a 10 because it needed some minor maintenance repairs, particularly the screen door to the patio, which kept falling off the track, but we truly enjoyed our stay. The owners also allowed us to have a late check out because our return flight was late afternoon, which was extremely helpful. Very convenient location.We would most definitely return and highly recommend the property.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The location is convenient to Christiansted and to get around the island. The host was gracious and allowed us to leave our bags early which was appreciated. The bathrooms could have used a thorough cleaning. The pool was great and access to the beach was appreciated.

Great Condo Location

This condo was exactly as described and the host was very attentive to any messages I sent during our stay. The beach you can walk to from the condo was so calm that my 3 young kids could play in it easily. It is very conveniently located and can get to downtown Christiansted in less than 10min and anywhere else on the far east or west within 30min. Thanks for a great stay!

The communication was excellent, we locked ourselves out by mistake and Chris and Kevin came to the rescue. Also the condo is steps from the beach! Walking distance to two restaurants and a bit longer to the grocery store. Place had everything we needed as far as amenities.

Locatiin was great, 8 min drive to downtown Christiansted. Furniture was plentiful and comfortable. Plenty of linens. Washer and dryer was convenient. Pool was super clean and few short steps from unit. Owners responded quickly and were very helpful. We had a comfortable, fun stay.

Perfect short stay on St Croix

We stayed at this nice unit for only two nights after a couple weeks on St Thomas and it was a great way to end our USVI vacation. Location is perfect for exploring the island, very safe, close to Christiansted and the pool + beach are great for a quick dip or stroll. The unit is spacious - porch was very large, comfortable and well appointed. A car was definitely handy if you’re booking in this row of condo complexes.

Enjoyed Our Stay

This was a very cute condo located on the third floor. It was clean, had lots of room, and was decorated very tastefully. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. They also provided bath towels, beach towels, sunscreen, and snorkeling gear. The decor and furniture of the condo was very nice and comfortable. You also have a nice view of the water. The property itself is on the beach and has a nice pool. It is gated, so we felt safe there. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice visit

This is a centrally located small older condo. As others have stated, it is tired and basic. One bathroom is not fully private due to a removed door. Compared to stays on other islands, it is more like a 3.5. But it was a great price and a nice landing spot for our adventures around St Croix. We felt safe and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and kindly gave us a late checkout.

The kitchen ware, stove, bathroom floors and lanai floors were not very clean. We had several maintenance issues come up during our stay. The owner did all they could to correct the situations. The property seemed a bit dated compared to the photos.

Fantastic Winter Get-a-way.

Very nice gated condo complex with nicely manicured grounds, and very nice pool area. Everyone we met there including employees, residents, and guests were all super friendly and full of suggestions for things to do on the island. Beach area out front is great for walking and/or relaxing with a good book. Very close to Christiansted and the boardwalk. The condo itself is as advertised, and has everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all next to each other off the same hallway, which would be ideal for a young family. The condo could use a thorough cleaning, and some minor repairs (none of which would stop us from coming back). For the two of us, this place fit our budget and our needs fine.
