Beachfront St. Croix Island, USVI

Located in Sugar Beach Condominiums, unit 112 is a roomy ground floor studio sits directly on the beach. Queen bed, 2 nightside tables, double dresser with TV, love seat and two cushioned swivel bar stools at the breakfast bar - and a writing/computer desk. Enclosed beachfront patio with round table at least 2 dining chairs and a comfortable reading chair. Vanity area leading to the tub/shower bathroom and toilet. Recently refurbished by owner. Tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchen etc. Free WIFI ("Sugar Beach Hot Spot" no password required). on-site property manager, and direct contact to the owner if required. Total relaxation!

St Croix Trip

We had a great time staying here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Good location close to Christiansted. We spent a lot of time sitting on the patio enjoying the beach.

Perfect week in St Croix

The location was better than we thought. My wife and I had a quick getaway and we were looking for a location that was close to the water and this property was better than advertised. Pictures could not do it justice as we were right on the water and close to all amenities. we will definitely book this property again.

Perfect place right in the beach. Comfy bed. Kitchen has everything you need. Lovely place! Definitely recommend renting a car as taxis are rather expensive. Plenty of parking outside the unit for a rental car.

Safe and cozy

Great place to stay- right on the water. Perfect for 2 people. There’s so many things to see and do on the island you’re barely in your room. Close to the popular Boardwalk and gas/grocery stores. Highly recommend.

This condo was clean, comfortable, on a beautiful beachfront location, quiet and peaceful, with all the amenities needed. It is perfect for two people and close to town, shopping, and all attractions are within a short driving distance. The host is responsive and check in and check out is incredibly easy.

We found the unit not clean but the manager made that right. The unit is old but it's cozy and perfect size for us. Being right on the beach is the biggest draw and that was awesome.

Lovely Stay

My husband and I spent a week in St Croix and stayed in Steve and Diane’s sugar beach condo. The pics are EXACTLY how the the condo looks. You step out the back door and you are on the beach. It was wonderful. Great location, we were able to easily get to all the places we wanted to see. Steve responded to all of our questions quickly and the condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice location

Stay was nice. The condo had not been dusted for some time. Came back from the beach and owner’s Daughter was in our room with no notice, measuring for a new Fridge. Then the next day, they brought in a new Fridge but did not tell us when they were coming and were in there with us not present. I didn’t feel that was very professional and certainly not courteous. Other than that, we had a good time.

The condo is in an ideal location. It was clean and has a cozy feeling. I had a question and the owner answered my question quickly. The beach is literally a few steps away, however, due to the seaweed situation we were unable to use that beach. Definitely a place l will stay at again.

The room was exactly like the pictures. The porch definitely needs a ceiling fan. Plan on returning next year!! Perfect spot. Don't tell your friends .Keep this secret hide away a secret. :) Make sure to book things to do and a car in advance.

Location, Location, Location!!

Loved the accomadations, cleanlines, being on the first floor with 2 steps to the sand is amazing!! Denise was thoughtful, helpful, accomadating. She was awsome! There were plenty of towels. Christmas 2023

Wonderful beach front/access property. Well kept and clean. We have always trusted VRBO properties Worldwide and have never been disappointed, this was no exception. This Condo complex was the only one along the Sugar Beach area with walk out to the beach from your patio door, which was high on our must have list. We were here for 9 days and were very comfortable in the unit. We will be back again!

Comfortable place. Great access to the beach (back porch). Kitchen well equipped (mixer, crock pot, plenty of pans, full size stove, fridge and dishwasher). Really convenient location. Denise, the manager was really conscientious. The place has people rake the sargassum from the beach each day. There’s a used tire reef down the way a bit (but much better snorkeling at the pier in Fredriksted). All in all a very relaxing vacation.

We arrived to the Vrbo about 45 minutes after our check in time and it wasn’t cleaned from the last tenant. We contacted the owner and he was very helpful, respectful, and definitely a good host. The issue was the cleaner. After talking with the host he had his cleaner go back to clean the condo and it wasn’t much better. Hair on the floor, crumbs on the nightstand, and wet towels on the floor. The beach is okay but not really anything that makes you say it’s pretty. I’d recommend staying at a resort closer to cane bay or rainbow beach.

St. Croix beachfront

This was exactly what we needed after a really busy year. The condo is great for a couple looking to get away. The pictures show exactly what it is. It’s best for two people and has everything you need, including an enclosed back deck to eat breakfast and play cards at night. The back door opens to the beach, where a row of beach loungers are provided. Never was there more than 10-12 people on this stretch of beach at once. Most everyone there was older- I’d say 50 plus. Everyone around us was very welcoming, which isn’t always the case with “renters”. We are not resort people. This is not a resort but a small community, It’s very relaxed, friendly neighbors and a quiet beach with a reef out a half mile or so. The water is very calm for being on the north side of the island.
