Comfortable hotel with quite room. All staffs are friendly and helpful since checking-in. We love the hotel amenities and wow!! We can buy the best shampoo at the hotel with super kindness staff. Recommended!!

It was a very comfortable stay for two nights with my family. The size of the family room was great and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We happened upon the hotel in the midst of a rebrand. The Quality Inn branding still appeared on the digital boards at each floor offering a happy hour between 5 and 7. The bar staff were unaware of the happy hour. The tap beers were not working but they honoured the offer with $2 off bottles of cider. There was a couple of tours in the hotel and we were placed in a adjoining room with a locked door beside a group of men talking and smoking/vaping. It is of course against the rules of the hotel to smoke/vape. We complained and the hotel was happy to relocate us to a very quiet end of hall room which was much nicer. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was clean and tidy, the bar and restaurant were fantastic but the best part was the service; staff we’re all really friendly and helpful and spent a lot of extra time with our 3 year old son which was nice.

The room was clean and neat, but a tiny bit cramped with 2 queen beds. We had guests in other rooms who were very noisy past 1am but the staff didn't step in to keep them quiet. Rooms are not very soundproof.

Very Clean
Great location close to the airport and central to Christchurch. Lovely restaurant within the hotel and walking distance to many others as well as shops. Comfortable beds. I used the guest laundry facilities and they were excellent.

Decent place to stay. Location is nice.
The receptionist melissa was friendly and helpful. However they are running short of staff so cleaning room took a long time. Our room was not cleaned by 3 pm so when we came back we found the room was still dirty. We took a nap, then the housekeeping came knocking around 4pm but by that time, we already napped and they wouldnt come back later to clean. We like the location though, its close to mall, food and the street was prettt quiet.

Disappointed when booking this hotel, that I missed the standard room rate did not include tax. Please check as most nightly room rates includes the 15% GST in NZ, “THIS HOTEL DOES NOT”.For this genuine reason I won’t stay here again as Hotel management were not helpful.
