"Gartengeschoss" by Interhome

    One of two flats in the villa. It's a healthy refuge, a secluded hideaway, an intimate place to recharge your batteries, regain vitality and reconnect with nature. Even a short stay here will recharge your batteries for the battle ahead. No parties here, please.

    The garden level has a living room with satellite TV (Astra, Hotbird, Nilesat), a library with books in 4 languages, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker with oven and 4 gas hobs, fridge, cupboard, cupboards with utensils), a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, two halls each with a bench that can also be used as a bed for children, an Italian-style shower room with an attractive shower column, a toilet, a washbasin and a semi-automatic washing machine. The house has air conditioning, central heating and ADSL Internet access with WiFi.

    Apart from the garden level, there is a large patio with a barbecue, a bench, parasols, tables and chairs for outdoor meals, plus an outdoor shower room with shower and toilet for cleaning up after the beach, and indoor parking for 3 cars (the open spaces are to be shared with any tenants on the first floor of the house).

    There is a 3.5m Happiecat catamaran parked on the patio.

    Chatt Meriem is a seaside village. Our neighbourhood is made up of mansions; our street is paved, extending down to the wide, sandy beach. The villa is 30 metres from the beach.
