"Great location, close to UNESCO heritage, can walk outside and so much choices of shops and restaurants. Safe area. Comfortable to walk around.
The hotel is very nice, clean and staff are so helpful and friendly. Will recommend the hotel."
"There are lots of hotels to stay at in Kathmandu, but there is only one Shankar. Shankar has unmatched hospitality, with my personal favorite hosts Mr. Puri & Mr. Sharan who are both super stars. I always looked foward to chatting with them at meal times. Shankar has a mid-century modern motif, and it keeps the heritage of Nepal and Newari culture alive. Shankar also has an amazing garden to relax in and connect with nature after a long day in the city. "
"Beautiful, clean room, had everything I needed. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. This was an incredible place to stay and I will do it whenever I come back to Kathmandu! "
"The staff was excellent. Very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and how to get to the airport etc. area isn’t great, but that is the whole city really"
"Starting from Aisingh manager to restaurant and front desk crew like Arun, Bibita and Pratibha made us feel like important guest! Food at Zaika restaurant was excellent! Only thing you should consider lowing cost of laundry service and beer price! It's outrageous!!! Trust me being a researcher myself I think more people will come to your location if you keep those prices low..."
"I had a wonderful stay at Kathmandu Peace Home. The hotel truly lives up to its name — peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are well-maintained, the beds are cozy, and the facilities are perfect for a budget-friendly stay.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is convenient, making it easy to access major spots in Kathmandu. For the price, the service and comfort are excellent.
I highly recommend Kathmandu Peace Home to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and peaceful place to stay in Kathmandu I got hot water 24 hour and wifi workingg good. I would definitely come back again! Thank you so much guys."
