「First off the concierge services from Mr Clovis and Mr Phillip were absolutely exceptional. They helped me before I arrived and all during my stay. Mr Phillip went the extra mile to help celebrate my birthday with a little surpise cake and some singing!!! Both gentlemen were genuine and friendly and so were the staff members i encountered.
The property is spectacular, the art, the sculptures, the ducks absolutely fabulous however i did notice a few issues. It seemed that my tub was backwards....

Intimate, cozy seating areas, beautiful arrangements of flowers and decor make it the perfect place to relax. The food was very good. People come to the restaurant who are not staying at the hotel which says a lot. Otro detalle, sólo aceptan pago con transferencia o Yappy que es un método para personales nacionales, no para extranjero. No aceptan Tarjeta de crédito, también deberían de aclararlo y que no será expedía quien cobre. 」
