"The impression is ambiguous. Stayed for one night. The hotel is modern. Nice restaurant. Waited a long time, the food wasn't very good. The staff seems to be quite inexperienced, although they are nice. The hotel is on the road.
My room was on the 4th floor, large, with a view on the lake. Nice. The bed is comfortable. Unconvenient was that the light turns on and off only at the front door. Also, in the kitchen that was in the room, I couldn't find a dishwash detergent and any sponge.

"We have lived in Kyrgyzstan for over a year. I thought this hotel was nice, the facilities are updated and the staff was kind and helpful. If you come from America, like I do - realize you are on the Kyrgyz time. They will serve the meals at set times - it may not be all day. Be willing to be flexible and enjoy how they do things, you will have a lovely time. "

"My booked house was taken, and instead of it they give to us an ugly apartment looks like warehouse, for price comparable with Sheraton in Bishkek. We urgently looked up for new hotel, in unknown city at night. It was terrible but then we find another hotel and moved out.
