While traveling with my kids, we arrived exhausted and were welcomed by the property owners who immediately requested everyone to take off their shoes at the entrance of the hotel (they were scared our kids would dirty their carpeted floors) . Positives are: Bed was comfortable = 1 star Hosts were friendly and helpful (allowing me to park my motorcycle in the courtyard) = 1 star Breakfast was good = 1 star Negatives are: Shower is neither relaxing or pleasant.
