For shared use: natural state property 270 m2 (fenced). In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 800 m, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 1 km. Nearby attractions: Vallée du Cher 1 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Au Soleil Joyeux", 3-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living room with TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Open kitchen (oven, 5 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities (80 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Séjour châteaux de la Loire

Jean Louis et Charlotte sont adorables et très serviable. Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ils sont là. Je recommande pour leur gentillesse, l'emplacement du logement, la qualité du logement et de ces équipements. Balade dans les bois, circuit touristique, proximité de nombreux châteaux moins de 20-30mn, zoo de Beauval, supermarché a proximité 5mn...nous y retournerons pour finir les visites des châteaux et faire le circuit des vins.

Super séjour en Touraine

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la maison de Jean Louis qui est un hôte très accueillant, à l'écoute et de très bons conseils notamment pour visiter la région. La maison est bien adaptée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un agréable séjour.

Tolles Häuschen mit gemütlichem Garten

Toller Aufenthalt, super freundliche Gastgeber, sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Kommunikation in Französisch, Englisch und Deutsch möglich. Schönes Häuschen mit tollem schattigen Plätzchen zum Draussensitzen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, wie Schlösser, die Loire, bzw. die Cher, Städte , Dörfer...

Nous avons été reçu par des hôtes on ne peu plus conviviaux. Très bien situé pour les visites des différents monuments , jardins et villages alentours. Il y a une chose qui va nous manquer ( les petits Apéritifs) Merci Charlotte et Jean Louis.

Un accueil formidable et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable. Charlotte et Jean-Louis ont été extrêmement accueillants et bienveillants, faisant de ce séjour une réussite. Beaucoup de sites à découvrir alentour, parfait pour rayonner, notamment Chenonceaux, Amboise, Zoo de Beauval et promenades le long du Cher. Nous avons aussi apprécié la pièce attenante à une cave troglodytique qui garde la fraîcheur. Merci à Jean-Louis pour les confitures de tomates verte et rhubarbe qu'on a descendu en un rien de temps !!
