Very good service, spacious rooms with modern facilities and everything you need. Nice staff and breakfast. Sometimes you can hear the neighbours a bit since the walls are quite thin, but this was generally not a problem.

Comfortable room in a nice traditional house

The room is extremely comfortable, spacious and comes with all you need. The bed is so comfy that it gave me a good rest for the other parts of my trip. The breakfast is delicious. Staff are so friendly and helped us a lot. I hope more customer can come and have a taste of this high quality room.

Welcome to Chisinau.

On my first visit to Chisinau ( and Moldova) I arrived early and was made welcome, given a breakfast even though after the main service times, and had early access to my comfortable room. Outstanding service from Olga at reception! One improvement would be a tea/coffee facility in the room. Otherwise excellent.

A Wonderful Little Hotel in a Great Location

What a lovely little hotel! A very, very nice stay and our host, Oleg, was incredibly helpful - truly above and beyond as he helped us with bags, made a tasty breakfast for us to enjoy before our early flight, and even gave us some homemade Moldovan wine to sample - which was absolutely delicious. Great location just down the street from some traditional Moldovan restaurants and a supermarket. Wetbar was stocked and not at all expensive. Please stay at this hotel and say hi to Oleg for me. You will be so impressed!

The Komilfo Hotel met our needs. The rooms were updated and bathroom very modern. Breakfast was included and standard fare. Most of the staff were especially polite. I do wish that we had free access to enter through the front gate and our room-we were buzzed in from the outside gate, and the front desk kept he room key.Outside cigarette smoke from staff and customers came into the lobby and lounge area. Probably would not stay again.

Very accommodating

Komilfo did a great job of accommodating us. A sofa bed was not functioning properly so they let us stay in a significantly larger room at no added cost. Place was clean, breakfast was more than adequate. And location was just outside of the city center. No complaints whatsoever. At least one staff member was able to speak English at any given point, even though I am able to fumble through Romanian if need be!

This hotel does not have an elevator, so we had to use stairs to go to the 3rd floor. It's not convenient when you have lot's of bags. Good that they allow you to leave bags downstairs. They do have sauna, but it was unclear that you have to pay for it separately. They do serve good breakfast.

We loved the fantastic location, friendly staff, and our spotlessly clean room with lots of storage, a reasonably priced mini bar, and a balcony. There was a staff member who spoke excellent English and the breakfast was diverse with healthy options and wonderful teas and coffees.
