街の中心にあるホテル

街の中心に位置し立地は最高。部屋は清潔でアメニティも充実している。ホテルの従業員も親切。朝食ビュッフェも豊富。レストランも併設されていて便利。

Gentle time flows slowly to the hotel.

A wonderful hotel that feels a quiet and slow time flow while being in the center of the city.

Hotel is dirty, not protected from noise, you can hear even calm talking of neighbours. Cheap and understandable pillows. But the most important very rude stuff on reception. Administrator ignores all the asking to improve staying. Also they tried to let me pay bill from restaurant with other person signature. The worst hotel I ever stayed

The staff is helpful, friendly, and flexible. They did an excellent job of providing for, and accommodating to, the needs of a group of traveling medical speakers. It is downtown in a large city, so there is a certain amount of traffic noise, but much less than in a US city.

Nice large room with wall to wall window and view over the city. Secure underground parking. Only stayed one night but would stay there again

My room was not clean, dirty tissue under the bed and stains, ped lid on the carpet near the door suggests that the carpets were not cleaned before my arrival or during my stay.

Shuttle service - bad

I confirmed a shuttle service with the hotel. The shuttle service never came to pick me up to the airport. I waited for 35 minutes trying to get hold of the hotel without success. When I arrived to the hotel, no explanation was given and they denied the shuttle serviced as it was never arranged. Next day in the morning, they actually checked my reservation, everything was in place but they did not know why did not come to the airport. No further explanation given. No apologies no compensation. Bad service

The hotel is located in the center of the city, near the most beautiful places you would like to visit. Excellent customer service, very friendly personnel at the front desk, delicious food for breakfast and excellent service at the buffet! Nice bar and a wide variety of dishes and drinks in the menu, good room service, reasonable prices for the hotel rooms and services.
