Property was clean, due to our room located on the 1st floor too many bugs coming in at night. Staff was very nice!

I have never been to a hotel with staff this wonderful. The views are idealic. The restaurant on site was excellent and a good value. We felt at home very quickly. The hotel only has 10 total rooms. We were able to chop it up and meet other guests. A+. Staff always cheerful and helpful! I only have one complaint that is the same at every other hotel I have stayed at around Lake Atitlan. That complaint is the dogs! They are barking all night and here is a disco which can get rather loud. The hotel actually has ear plugs laid out for guests when they checkin.

This hotel is fairly new so alot of construction is still happening and the road leading to the property is a bit rough. However, the staff is so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious my entire stay and the hotel is very clean, rooms are also spacious. The bed was huge but way too hard for my liking so made it a bit uncomfortable. Visitors must be aware of the steep, difficult climb from the main road. Fit folx in their 20s and 30s won't be too fussed, but we're pretty fit for our 50s and it was a real effort. Handrails leading up to the yurts would make an excellent safety addition. We stayed in the top yurt (#4) and the views are tremendous and worth the big climb. We requested breakfast delivery in the am and it arrived on time! Delicious. Recommend this relatively new destination!
