「What a beautiful property within a perfect, tranquil setting. Loved sitting on the canal side watching the canal boats go by and watching the wonderful wildlife. Plenty of seating options within the spacious grounds. It was a central base for us to visit Stratford Upon Avon but mainly to visit the stunning Cotswolds. The property is very well presented with every amenity for a home from home experience. Liz and Alan are wonderful hosts, loved talking to them but they are by no means intrusive...

「We were a group of 4 friends who met at University (a long time ago!).We’re spread across the country so this location just off the M40 was ideal. The facilities are great. Where else can you find the exclusive use of a tennis court, swimming pool and a snooker table?! The owner’s communication before and during our stay were first class. Check-in was very easy.No issues at all and you can safely ignore other reviews about the motorhomes causing parking problems -they are blocked parked down...

「The house itself is nice but when we arrived there was a lot of rubbish around the house. The kitchen lacked glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. We bought glasses ourselves and the rest was brought after two days. The WiFi was not working and consequently the TV didn't go either. A new WiFi was dropped at the house after five (!) days which we installed ourselves but the TV still didn't work. At one day somebody stood in front of the house and wanted to show it to somebody who was interested to buy...
