「Good stay」

「The bed was so high that my friend could not even get on the bed! We asked for a step stool or other accommodations. We were told no. We were told to get our own stool. We asked if other beds were that high and told yes, that was standard. We asked about a handicap room. At first we were told all the lower beds were unavailable. We had to insist (over an hour) that something be done. They finally found one handicap room with just one king bed(I had reserved 2 queen). At 8:30 at night we had to...

「Should not let homeless sleep outside of hotel」

「I had such an amazing stay!! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. We enjoyed the room, the bathroom was small however the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bar in the hotel lobby was beautiful and loved the vibes with the live DJ Saturday night. The gym was by far the best hotel gym I have ever been to! We took full advantage of the gym and cold plunge. The restaraunt on site was great however, they would not seat us at a table due to the...

「This hotel is in a great downtown location however, there is only valet parking and the circle drive entrance is not big enough to accommodate a truck. Can be an issue for unloading luggage. The hotel it's self is beautiful. It has been recently renovated and is very quiet. We ate breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was really good!!! The room was a an odd shape but nice and large. The bed was comfortable and the room had great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel....

「We were in town for a quick getaway last week. Location was perfect - right in the Historic District and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was lovely and accommodating. They stored my bag prior to check-in time, and after check-out time. due to our flight arrival/departure times. Room was clean and AC worked - no complaints. Would stay again!」

「Beautiful and convenient location. Only issue was the garbage trucks picking up the large bins at 6:30 and banging them back to the ground loudly.」
