The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV (DTT and satellite). The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob, blender, crockery, cutlery, all kitchen utensils and detergents for washing machines and dishwashers. It is fully equipped.

In the bathroom there is a bidet, bathtub, shower, sink, hairdryer and free toiletries.

The apartment is delivered with enough towels and bed linen.

The terrace is about 30 m2, it is very sunny, it is southeast facing and the sun shines on it from very early until late in the afternoon. It is covered with an awning, which can be fully or partially opened at will. In it there is a table and four armchairs with their cushions and loungers; there are also chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The terrace, which is protected from the view of the neighboring houses, is ideal for sunbathing, eating outdoors, reading in the afternoon or enjoying summer nights. From the terrace there is access to the roof terrace, which can be used as a solarium.
