The location was good but the homelessness was a real problem.
There was a half full wine glass in the lobby when we checked in and was still there when we left.
The library/room with a pool table had broken pool cues and was in disrepair.
The food was good and the staff were really nice.

The staff at the restaurant was awesome. The doorman, bellman, and front desk were professional and helpful. The hotel is old and the new owners aren't maintaining it there was only one elevator working and it caused delays and 15-20 minute wait time.
