"What a wonderful place to rejuvenate and enjoy the natural surroundings. The goats were a hoot and the turkeys surely let you know who was boss! We had an excellent stay. It was a quick drive in to Asheville, and we were very excited that you could walk out of the door and be only a five-minute walk from the Mountains-to-Sea Trail along the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is about 10-15 minutes from downtown, about 30-45 minutes from the main hiking spots, but it is the perfect home for a quiet, relaxed stay in the mountains. "This is the third time we've stayed at this charming cabin with our dog. The location is great, a walk to Chimney Rock and a short drive to Asheville. The stone steps would not be good for someone unsure of their footing. The cabin is well laid out so it feels roomy and always spotlessly clean. There are two ample screened porches, front and back, so pup has a lot of room to roam around. Definitely recommend."

"It was a wonderful cabin in the woods. Super quaint and super clean. We'd definitely recommend and we will return. The only thing that was a small problem was, it is pet friendly BIT there is really nowhere much to walk your dog (at least where we were)."
