The room was clean, but we were surprised to not have a micro-frig and a full length bathroom counter.
The hotel offered to supply a micro-frig for a fee, but we said not thanks.
The price shock in Harrah's convenience stores is real, but a hint is go to CVS or use the vending machines on each floor.
The staff is great, anytime we need a pillow, or help with taxi or directions, they were able to help. We even had a morning without hot water, but they were quick to address it and we had water when we returned to the hotel later that afternoon.
