Expedia’s ad said Full breakfast included. They serve NO breakfast. The room was in terrible condition and we begged Expedia for a refund but they wouldn’t give it; claimed front desk refused it. We decided we’re not staying there even if we don’t get a refund. So we went to tell front desk. He immediately offered us another room and if that wasn’t good enough, he’d give us a full refund. We lost our confidence in Expedia.

Cigarette burns in linens and the linens and towels all looked dirty the room smelled and bathtub was disgusting

Mold on the table lamp and unusable freezer. Neighbor has trash cans strewn in front of the unit.no pictures on the walls. At least the WiFi works and the bed seems clean.

The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and personable. The room that I was given was absolutely filthy. Someone obviously stayed in it and nobody cleaned it prior to me arriving. The man who checked me in was very polite and gave me another room. The second room that I was given wasn't much better, but decided that I could clean it and stay for the night. The air conditioner doesn't work in this room so we sweated all night. I didn't bring this to the property employees because I spent 4 hours cleaning this room and I wasn't going to be moved to yet another room that I would have to clean. This will be the only time that I will ever stay here. On top of everything I was charged 30.00 for my two malshi dogs who could never make this room look any worse then it did prior to me cleaning it. I own a cleaning business and should charge this place for the 4 hours worth of cleaning that my partner and I did so we could actually bathe and use the toilet

This place should have been demolished years ago. The room was dirty. Linens stained. Shower plumbing falling apart. I would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy

Not for travelers, most people live there.

The check-in clerk obviously hates his job. Tried to give me a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking room. Clearly there are people living in this motel. They came home from work, opened their doors, and blasted music all night. They were in the parking lot drinking beer. I get it, okay. But travelers should be in another section of the hotel, for some peace and quiet. The room was dusty - old dust, built up over time. The water had no pressure in the sink or shower. The sheets felt gritty, like tiny lint balls from washing them with towels. The fridge was set to 6, but my soda didn’t stay cold overnight. I was booked in the same motel for my return trip because it’s the perfect half-way point for stopping. I canceled that booking, I’ll stay in Columbus in a nicer hotel.

Nastiest, dirtiest mitel ever. Absolutely nothing like the online pictures. So disappointed. Looks like a drug motel and smelt just like weed ,even juststsnding outside. Rooms nasty dirty. Lamp shades brown and broke bed nasty. Just everything horrible. I cant imsgine anyone wanting to stay there.

Place was a lot cleaner than it was last time I was there, but the TV was broke. The first time I turned it on it was just half of it was lit up and a couple lightbulbs were blown. Overall it’s not a bad place and I can’t watch TVbut it’s cool, I watch my phone more anyways.

I reserved a king room. They said all they had were doubles, towels were disgustingly dirty. Asked to have them replaced, more stained towels. They used walmart shopping carts as housekeeping carts. Mattresses were very old. Tv remote had duct tape holding the batteries in. Toilet was loose from the floor. Bathroom door wouldnt stay closed. Dead bugs on the floor upon check in. The worst place to stay i have ever encountered. They advertised new rooms.... That was a lie. I left 1 night early as i found their conditions totally unacceptable

I have stayed here on multiple occasions. Every room I have stayed in has had drainage issues in the shower and sinks. The property is in poor shape. The front office smells awful, like rotten curry from whatever food the owners cook. It says they have gym amenities. But the room looks like it is being used as storage for the owner’s personal stuff. The only good thing I can say. Is that the beds are comfortable. I can over look some things, but the price point for this establishment is high for what it is. They should be priced in the 45-50 dollar a night. Not 75-100.

1) NO breakfast 2) room service ONLY changed towels - daily 3) shower faucet fell in tub while trying to set 4) rooms need repainting 5) 3 days during week, sheets not changed or turned down 6) sink faucet would not adjust from hot to cold (also fell in sink) 7) plate in bathroom has two switches, one has a crack big enough for a child to stick their finger in (will let you guess the outcome) AND 8) NO PHONE SERVICE IN ROOMS!!! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!

This hotel was so nasty, I had to go and buy cleaning agents for the bathroom and sink!!! There was black glob of hair in the tub with nasty dried toothpaste spit in the sink and the linens were brown!!! Oh!!! Don't forget the gnats that were waiting to greet me on my pillows!!! Their housekeeping is an elderly man and women that are at least 85-90 years old and when I was trying to politely tell them I was leaving I was shewed away and then she tried to say I had their towel on my head!!! I wouldn't even uses their towels let alone try and steal one!!!! Mine had a pink logo on the front of it!!!!! This hotel was the nastiest hotel I've stayed in by far!!! They won't respond to my complaint!!!!
