The exquisite location of the vacation rental in Haus Irmingard, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Chiemsee, promises wonderful days against the picturesque backdrop of the Alpine foothills.
The stylishly furnished vacation rental is located in a new building constructed in 2023. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bright bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower, as well as a spacious kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch*, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, oven, drip coffee maker, and electric kettle. The kitchen-living area opens onto a private, furnished south-facing balcony.
*The pull-out sofa is suitable for 1 adult + 1 child or for 2 children up to 12 years old. For groups of 4 adults or 2 teenage children, an additional guest bed will be provided in addition to the pull-out sofa.
Towels, bed linens, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge in this vacation rental. We’re happy to provide baby gear (high chair, travel crib) upon request. In the laundry room, you’ll find a washing machine and a drying rack.
Despite its close proximity to the town center, the vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area; free parking is available directly in front of the property. The charming town center of Chieming, with plenty of shopping options (e.g., supermarket, bakery, butcher, village store), an ice cream parlor, restaurants, and the tourist information office, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Chieming is an ideal starting point for sports and cultural activities, as well as excursions around Lake Chiemsee—including Herreninsel and Fraueninsel—to the nearby former salt-mining town of Traunstein, to Salzburg in Austria, and to the Chiemgau mountains.
