Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Plenty of hot water. Convenient location. Couldn’t avoid sewage smell even after switching rooms. Odor strength varied throughout stay. Certain rooms were being upgraded or repaired. Often was a chemical smell which would enter the room; we placed items at bottom of door to limit the smell. Furniture in other rooms was moved at 0100-0130 one night. Didn’t try the restaurant.

"This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was outstanding—spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful historic hotel with a beautiful view and central location. The people were nice and felt welcomed. Definitely staying there again.

Lovely Staff. Beautiful Property. Great elegant, minimal vibe. The roof top terrace and Continental breakfast were great. The other breakfast options for purchase were delicious as well. We loved our superior suite, it was the perfect size. Casa Decu has a great location near Parque México with several shops and exciting restaurants within walking distance. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully soon.
