The apartment is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a kitchenette, a lounge-dining room and a bathroom. Furthermore it has a large terrace with outdoor furniture.

La Barrosa beach is about fifteen to twenty minutes' walk away. You are also very close to La Barrosa Public Pine Forest, with leisure areas to be in touch with nature, all in a very quiet area near Novo Sancti Petri.

Ruhige, sehr gepflegte Anlage, mit PKW 3min zum Strand, 15 min zu Fuß durch nahen Platanenwald. Küche könnte ein wenig mehr Ausstattung haben. Anlage und eigener überdachter Parkplatz durch elektr. Tor gesichert. Strand und Umgebung wunderschön.

La ubicación y la urbanización están muy bien, pero del apartamento solo destacaría la limpieza. Es una pena, porque creo que tiene muchas posibilidades de mejora. Se nota que solo se destina a alquiler, porque el mobiliario es antiguo, los armarios y cajones huelen a humedad y el menaje es justito.
