Confused
We reserved this house and the night before the owner told me he was having trouble with the air-conditioning and didnt want us to stay there.
He had another house he said he could put us in that was "ready" but just didnt have decorations yet.
It was really to late to change plans so we agreed and went there.
Had great communication up until check in.
There was no water pressure in the house if you flushed the toilet the sink or shower stopped running. I told the owner who said he didnt know of any problems and to try to shut the water off to the washer they had just installed which didnt work. We never got any follow up from him the two days we stayed on the issue.There were pretty large gaps in the doors at the front and back of the house and with the damage to the front door made us a little nervous as to safety there. The plug in in the bathroom did not work and there was very sparce furniture. We had to buy trash bags for the bathroom. I would even not complain about that other then the fact that it wasnt what we thought we paid for and the fact that I wasnt notified until the day before we were to be there that there was an issue. I texted several times the day we left with no answer from the owner. I even sent messages on the VBRO app and he still never responded. Very disappointing stay.
