"Outside property was dirty and smelly. A lot of semi trucks parked in odd spots and really close to interstate so expect a lot of traffic noise.
Lobby smelled old, front desk staff was ok, nothing to really brag about. Area that was supposed to be snack store was pathetic to say the least, but luckily the area has a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Room was nice size, housekeeper did a poor job at cleaning because there was crumbs in the chair at the desk, hair in the bathroom sink, on toilet paper roll and toilet. Bath math in tub needs to be removed and burned as it was absolutely disgusting! A lot of updates are needed for this room due to rusting on lamp stands and toilet seat that look likes it was a dog's chew toy!
No Hot Breakfast to speak of and no complimentary hot tea/coffee stations. This Comfort Inn property has left a significant bad taste in my mouth. If you can find another property and have to be in this area of Twinsburg I suggest looking elsewhere."

"Room was nasty smelling and looking but “clean.” The staff was not receptive to my issues during the blackout. There was no pool or gym like the website said had. There was no breakfast just a brew of bad coffee"
