This ia a fabulous old old hotel/monastery and museum, that is why I do not give a five in the condition but it was absolutely perfect for a one night stay going to the market. Paula the manager gave us a very interesting tour of the place and Manuel our personal attendant was very attentive, He built us a fire that lasted all night. Jenna's B&B was an excellent place to stay! The views here of the lake and the volcanoes were so beautiful and the place truly felt like home. Our villa was comfortable and clean. We were provided with fresh linens and fresh water daily. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Great experience! The garden was beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! The family and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well-rested. Will be back!

Absolutely stellar views, excellent staff, easy to communicate with. Their website offers FAQ’s which are extremely helpful in figuring things out. I drove to Panajachel and they booked a boat for me late night for my arrival and were excellent at communicating where to go, what to do, etc. There are many stairs to climb once you arrive at the hotel.

It's a beautiful place in a beautiful village. Walking distance from the lake and local marketplace. Great fresh local food everywhere and ferrys or private boat rides to other villages. Inside parking and terrace is a plus.

An amazing place!!! Johann and gabby go out the way to make the whole experience personal and unique. The view is simply spectacular from every room-be it the bar, bedroom, living room or even the restrooms!!!!

Beautiful gardens! The restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing! A safe and beautiful spot to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One worker helped pump up our tire with his air compressor in the morning.

Wonderful place to be

I had the most wonderful stay at Isla Verde, I only wish I could have stayed more than one night! The staff was so kind and generous to help in any way they could! The view is amazing... And I've traveled all around the world and have seen some pretty amazing views! The food was delicious and healthy- all grown organically on their property! Hotel Atitlan is located near Panajachel on Lake Atitlan. It is a treasure with beautiful gardens, birds, and artwork everywhere you look. The pool and hot tub overlook the lake and volcanoes. It is close to shopping and tourist activities. You can walk to a nature reserve with monkeys, butterflies, and zip lines. The food is delicious and the service is wonderful.
