We had the most miserable stay here there were rats running around in our room and the room was so old and dirty and had mold everywhere they should have been condemned and never allowed to rent these rooms to people that where here for a military graduation!!! After I sent pictures to the manager we were given a full refund but they should have done more for us because I was so embarrassed because we had family and infants with us and I was sick, this place was just horrible and I still have the pictures to prove what I have said about this place!!!!

This place sucks

This place was absolutely horrible. The room was filthy and actually looked like someone was murdered in it. We reserved 2 double beds and got 1 king. Since there were 3 of us, I requested the roll away bed they claim to have. They don't. Instead, they brought up an extra comforter and I slept on the floor. Thank goodness I booked through Hotel.com as they refunded my second night. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! DON'T EVER STAY HERE!

Infested with mice, mold in the bathroom, staff never cleaned the rooms, old coffee in rooms, etc just to name a few.

VERY DISSATISFIED. THE ROOM HAD RATS!!! YES RATS!! THE PHONES DIDNT WORK FROM EITHER OF THE ROOMS. TWO OF THE BEDS HAD HAIR ON THEM. ONE LOOK THIS IT HAD BLOOD STAINS. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY SINCE WE FIRST WALKED IN. WORST PART IS WHEN WE TALKED TO THE FRONT DESK THEY SAID THEY WERE AWARE OF THE SITUATION. THAT IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM AND THE ARE TRYING TO FIX THE ISSUE. IN TNAT CASE IT NEEDS TO BE DISCLOSED. I WAS VERY DISGUSTED AND DISSAPOINTED BEING SOOO FAR FROM HOME MY FAMILY OF SIX JUST WANTED A NICE CLEAN WARM PLACE TO RELAX AND THEY ENDED UP BEING THW WORSE 3 NIGHTS EVER. MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WOULD PLAY ON THE FLOOR AND DROP TOYS AND PUT THEM IN HER MOUTH JUST TO COME AND FIND OUT LATER THE FLOOR WAS INFESTED WITH RAT DROPPINGS. I HOPE SHE DIDNT PICK UP ANY DISEASES. STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THE MANAGER. WHICH I DOUBT HE'LL CALL US BACK. YOU SHOULD NOT OFFER THIS HOTEL AGAIN OR DO SOME BETTER RESEARCH NEXT TIME

Out dated. In need of heavy cosmetic touch up for sure. Carpets in need of cleaning. Bed was comfy. And it’s a busy spot for sure. It was an ok place for the time needed.

We have stayed at this Ramada many times and it is always decently kept, comfortable, and reasonable. A solid two star hotel. Sometimes it can be a bit chaotic - a trail of half eaten fried chicken once led from the parking lot into the building and was not cleaned for the duration of our stay. It has a lot of wear and tear, old stains etc but overall the staff does a good job at keeping it as clean as it can get. Just a reminder to check on lights, amenities etc when cleaning - at our last visit the bathroom light did not work, the heat was cranked up to 80, and we only had enough towels/cups etc for one guest.

Worst hotel I've ever encountered!!

Super disgusting hotel. Smelled horrible. Upon arrival greeted with drunk woman passed out in the hallway. Pics included. Loogy in the water fountain, glass on my room floor, popcorn and snacks from previous person left on floor, dirty sheets, and ehen the drunk woman puked chunks on the carpet, the hotel put a wet floor sign over it. I booked for 4 days, demanded to be let go. Charged 80 dollars for a filthy disgusting room. Rude service, horrible place. BEWARE.

Well, it was a bad experience.. stayed for 4 days for the past 3 days.. my room was not cleaned.. room phone were hooked up but line was disconnected.. could not call room service.. stairs smell like weed all the time.. I would not stay again

Room was not cleaned on our 4 day stay. We called for room service and towels were brought, that was it. Some trash was thrown but most of it left behind.

Great place to stay if attending Navy graduation

We were in Town for our daughters graduation from Navy Boot Camp the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great to the base

Unpleasant stay

It was unpleasant to stay there, the rooms were dirty, the hallway to get to the room stunk like the carpet was wet for days. There was baby roaches roaming around the room, couldn't even leave food out without the roaches getting to them, it was the worst experience I've had. Never again.

Nothing was unique hotel looks run down need to update! However front desk guy with glasses was the best part of the stay. He told us about the hotel and everything around it and gave us good ideas on some suggestions we had. Other than that everything else was just OK.

JIM at counter at check in was Rude, unwelcoming and made us feel very unwanted. Everything was broke. Dirty. Hot Tub was broke. Then Somebody stole the sign we hung on our door for our sons Graduation from Boot Camp that was hand made by his mother. They had very little impathy or solutions. I didn't call police because I didn't want to waste any of my time there with police .Wanted to spend all my time visiting with my son. Would never go back.

Not a good place. Period.

Last weekend We stayed at this “hotel” two nights and it was a truly disgusting experience. No one came to clean our room. We didn’t get clean towels. Washroom was filthy. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. When I told them about our unclean room not even once they bothered to give us an apology. I will never book a room in this place again.
