The property itself was fine, staff was kind. Room/beds were clean. The bathroom/shower was a bit dirty. Parking was somewhat limited and it was annoying that I had to pay additional $$ for overnight parking.

Went to this property because it advertised park and ride to the airport. When I arrived was told I can not park here for my trip needed a special app. It was 1130 at night so I ended up sleeping in my car. Will not come here again. Person at the desk needs some manners. Plus I was charged for the night.

Quick Weekend Getaway
Nice clean hotel for a quick weekend getaway. Hotel staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. Close to a Target and various restaurants. Will definitely comeback and stay here.

This hotel is the best among all the hotels I ever stayed in Rosemont. It’s clean. I didn’t see any dirt around any corner. The staffs are kind and friendly. Even those days were freezing cold, the room was so warm!
