Room was nice with a nice view It had kind of a weird moist smell and bathrooms need a lot more deep cleaning parking was kind of expensive but the good thing you can come in and out as many times as you’d like In general the cleaning service in the room was not good. A remodelation would be nice since it’s downtown and it’s a nice area

Elevator floors to guest rooms were dirty. First room -bathroom was dirty. Switched rooms. The only way to access street level via elevator is to take one set of elevators to the lobby and then walk to the opposite side of building to another set of elevators. Positives- Location is great. The rate paid included a nightly happy hour with two drinks and a daily breakfast buffet.

The room and the view was amazing. Good and other beverages were amazing the only problem we had was the late or no response of the phone . No one there responds to the phones

Bathroom tub drained slow. Rusty.Tub halfway filled with water after taking a shower. Carpet needed cleaning. Sofa was old needed replaced. Towels has yellow spot. We booked 2 rooms, the other room has empty shower gel. Staff service was good. Ordered food for the room. Food was also good. I expected more from the room for what they charged.

Property was beautiful and kept very clean. Walking distance to many of the great attractions in the Downtown Chicago area. The breakfast selection was great and saved me time from having to go out and find somewhere to eat in the mornings. Would absolutely stay here again.

Candy at the front desk was pleasant when we checked in. Felt bad for her as there was a lone line of people needing service. Location was excellent and convenient to all of the touristy sights. Excellent location. Always love the two room setup at Embassy. Only need for improvement is that the rooms were very dusty and the tub looked horrible. Really needs to be revarnished or a new tub. We had a bad lamp which was swapped with a new one. Otherwise a good stay.

The hotel is in a great location! We walked to many of the major attractions in the area. The staff was nice. The happy hour and breakfast was good. The property is clean, but the room needs major upgrades. For the cost of the room each night, I expected better. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was discolored. The bathroom molding had cracks in it around the tub. Omg the tub, they need to resurface it. I'm sure they cleaned it but it looks so dirty. The towesl are dingy. They really need to remodel the rooms! I was on the 10th floor.
