This is a no-frills hotel, but it was really nice compared to the place we left. Our first hostel had really hard beds, and we decided to look at this one to book for our second night because we needed better sleep. We walked in and asked the front desk worker about the bed comfort and he let us into a vacant room to try them out! SO HELPFUL! The service here is excellent.

It was ok
The room was clean enough, but the bed was horrible (very squeaky), and the showerhead was so gunky it sprayed every direction but down. Not completely terrible, but I won't stay there again.
We booked for 6 nights but stayed for nine. We loved the hotel a lot. A beautiful grand hotel with very gracious staff. It was super quiet in fantastic location. Our room was large and comfortable with great AC. Very reasonable price and a perfect base to explore Chiang Mai.

We loved our stay in the Vista Hotel. A beautiful and quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai during the busy fall festivals. Our room was bright with lots of space and a wonderful deep tub to soak in. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance from restaurants and shops. Staff was very polite and unobtrusive. Air conditioning worked great. We booked for six nights but ended up staying for nine. We would definitely return to this hotel:)
Overall it was ok, probably was once great but is now acceptable, the wifi was not the best but its a bed to lay your head on. Location is good in central city close to saturday food night market and central old town.
This motel is on north side of the old city all the staff where very friendly even the cleaners it was a grand motel in it day the rooms and bathrooms the year have court up with but still a good place to stay in the old city you walk around and see all the old city has to offer

Good budget hotel
Clean efficient hotel with good location at budget price. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and a good size but always full of mosquitoes. They did an amazing laundry service. The free breakfast is minimal but OK.
Very nice staff...hot water is weak and old water piping give particles in water. Breakfast is very good and really comfortable when you sitting outside of the lobby in summer days... 2 or 3 Mosquitoes in the bedroom that sound like a fighter-bomber... noising you and attach your arm's skin at night.
Good location close to temples ect. Not many bar's close. We end taking tuk tuk in the market most nights to eat about 100 bart trip .l would stay in the new town area next time and save on the tuk tuk.
