Extremely friendly staffs! Great neighborhood!

The staffs at this hotel were really nice and friendly! I was really impressed! Also, the hotel was located in a quiet, and nice neighbourhood! (i.e. I really liked the neighborhood!) The only negative aspect of this hotel was the weird smell from the washroom. If they can fix the weird smell from the washroom, I think this hotel would be perfect.

Hotel atmosphere and environment are excellent due to the surrounding well maintained gardens. Food is of good quality. Staff are good, but sometimes room cleaning feels like a forced entry. A system should be implemented where the customer tells the staff when they want their room to be cleaned. That would be better.

Good place, good value

very pleasant stay. it's an apartment hotel. staff were very friendly and helpful. Though we experienced a blackout on a rainy morning due to electricity failure, the issue was fixed shortly. Will definitely recommend this place.

Taxi drivers couldn't find hotel on Grab app which made it hard and expensive to get back to the hotel. I thought the reception staff were really friendly but I was a little disappointed there was no safety deposit box or hairdryer in the room. The bed was really comfy though, and the furniture was very nice too

Excellent value hotel on second outer ring road about 20 minutes into old city. Rooms are large. Nice pool. Staff friendly and speak English. Breakfast decent. Place caters primarily to locals with families. Could not identify on Grab which was a problem but was able to direct Grab to adjacent Moo Baan (residential estate).

Nice hotel with big comfy rooms that are kept very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good, wifi worked very well and the staff is very friendly. The only bad thing is that it is far from the city central and the only descent places to eat around the hotel are across a very busy street. We used grab (south east Asia's Uber) to move around the city and it worked pretty well. We enjoyed the beautiful city of Chiang Mai and staying in this beautiful hotel made our trip even better.
