スタッフはとても親切で、困った時やわからない時には真摯に対応してくれます。部屋も居心地良く、寛げます。特に1人がけのリクライニングチェアが座り心地良く、出かけたくなくなる程でした。エレベーターはありませんが、大きな荷物は運んでもらえます。欲を言うなら洗面台まわりがもう少し使いやすいと良いなと思います。

Location! Location! Location! The best to explore Nimman area with parking. You can walk around to enjoy food, shopping, and massage... No breakfast though and very bright in the room in the morning.

pretty hotel very kind staff very slippery floor (be careful!) no cleanning room service (until you ask for it) -I never got one on time staying for 2nights -they don't clean bathroom, shower room, floor. -they only do change your towels, make your bed, fill water up. that is all not so good memory because of room condition. everything else is good.

This hotel uses a concept of noir movies as a theme. The declaration is really nice, the room is clean, nice space and I love that they provides APPLE TV for all rooms. This hotel has only 8 rooms on 3 floors, it makes me feel private. Location It is located at Nimman Haeminda Lane 5 , in the middle of Chiang Mai's CBD, easy to go the places for shopping, eating and nice-life club, such as Warm Up, One Nimman Shopping Center, MAYA Department store and many coffee or bakery shops. Staff They are really friendly and helpful, and the hotel also provide a snack room, this room you can eat bakery or drink juice - it is a complementary, you can eat and drink any times you want because it is opened for 24 hrs. In my opinion, I really recommend this hotel, and I will be back to stay when I visit Chiang Mai again.

A Great Stay

Check in and check out are both simple and quick. The staff are friendly. There is the 24-hour snack room in the hotel. The design of the public areas is great. Room is big enough for me for solo staying. Thought it's on Nimman Rd. it is quiet during the night. All good but the AC in my room is hard to control (the function buttons on the remote control cannot really work) and there's no lift (this would be a problem for those with luggages.)
