「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property appeared neglected and almost abandoned, with rooms in extremely poor condition and far below what was advertised online.
The hotel had a severe mosquito and insect infestation that made it impossible to enjoy the property. My family was constantly bitten, including my son, and we even found insects in the room and on the beds. The situation was not only uncomfortable but also a serious health and safety...

「Su ubicación esta genial, tiene acceso directo a la laguna a traves de un muelle y tiene habitaciones tambien con acceso directo a la Laguna, lo recomiendo ampliamente, habitaciones limpias, personal amable, lo unico a considerar son los precios del restaurante en la comida, aunque la comida es buena」
