"I ,with my family, arrived this hotel after 6 hours drive. However staff said she can’t find our reservation.
She requested to ask Hotels.com. Hotels.com staff supported us and sent us Facility ID and Reservation Code that is different from Reservation Number. Hotels.com said Reservation is sent electronically.
After 1 hour, Finally hotel’s manager found our reservation on her own computer.
I asked the staff what was problem and whose problem.
She said 2 different company uses different system, i gave key that is all I could. But her manager found it her own PC !. The staff said to go out from reception. I was still talking with Hotels.com staff, and no other guest !
Next day, I stayed another Red Roof Inn Plus. Reservation was not missing. it was very smooth. Thus the problem is in this hotel. Never recommend.
