We had a family emergency and the hotel was kind enough to extend our check out time by an extra hour so we wouldn’t have to rush and stress to check out on time. Will definitely book here again if we’re ever back in the Portsmouth area. "

Tom, at the front desk was lovely and so kind, helped me get situated and handled a crowd of disgruntled travellers with ease and politeness. The room was immaculate and comfy, far better than I’d expect for a hotel right off the highway. Overall, for a stay I did not even plan on having, I was remarkably impressed. "
