The rooms were old and horrendous. The room showed to us looked like it had a mattress thrown on a cot - awful smell. The place should be condemned (and and I am not one to post criticisms of hotels). We canceled the room and went elsewhere. We feel that we were totally misled by the posted reviews. The check in clerk was very friendly and willing to cancel our room. I would not be advertising this hotel - very bad for your reputation.

The place seemed very scary with men around the entrance, and a couple of women passed in cars where they seemed to be working girls.....very creepy place.

Avoid at all costs
Phone for late check i wasnt working so slept in the car first night. Water pressure was awful. Room doesnt look like pictures, its run down and old. Community bathroom was disgusting. Never received any housekeeping like new towels.

There was no heat in the room finally the third day they moved us. There were no drip pans on the stove….fire hazard!

Woodspring Failure.
The best part of staying here over the years was the internet access which they have slowed to a halt and now require you to pay an additional $25 a per day. Room conditions were not good either. Picture ripped off the wall, air conditioner had a gap you could see out to the exterior of the building, towels were dirty. May never return here again.

Ive stayed at this property before with no issues. Its a little dated and not the Ritz, but on the 2nd morning of my stay a comment was made about having no hot water. I work during the day and into the evening, but the cold water persisted when i got off at 11pm. Morning 3, one would hope, but, no. No hot water. For having no real amenities, hot water should be a given. Im quite displeased about this stay.

The property is a little dated, but nonetheless adequate. The room was clean and looked and smelled fresh. Though the outside of the refrigerator had seen better days, the inside was clean and worked well. I appreciated that the front desk called the date of check-in to let me knkw that they closed at 11 and asked when i would be arriving. The staff i encountered was friendly, and I'd call this one a good stay.

This place is SKETCHY. We had already pre-paid and got in late so decided to stay, but the clientele was questionable, the room was sticky and smelled of I don't even know what. Everything was just dirty. We touched as little as possible and left as early as possible. Not a great night's sleep. Spend an extra $100 and go to Holiday Inn... The ONLY thing that was even remotely positive about this place was the guy at the front desk. Honestly, if he had been rude we probably would've just walked out.

I drove 4 hours with my pet unaware of the 200 non refundable pet policy plus an additional $8.00 per night for the pet. I paid the additional 8.00 up front because i intended to stay the full 2 weeks. I stayed 1 week. They would not give me a refund. Upon review of the pet policy it states no cats allowed but someone had a cat in the window. The room smelled so bad i had to buy air freshners. Roaches crawling behind the headboard and kitchen sink. Neighbors fighting at 1:45 am in the morning until 3 am. When i complained to fron desk the response I got was " things happen".

You’re expected to carry out your own trash, exchange towels and sheets at the front desk yourself& there were baby roaches crawling on the walls of the shower

Nightmere at woodland
Absolutely lousy toilet was not bolted properly. Air conditioner could not turn off. Rug was damp. Never stay at on again. Should get a refund.
