"We paid a premium for a waterfall pool suite but were given a room with no view. The local staff admitted no rooms with a room exist and marketing pictures on the website and Expedia are misleading. "Staff went out of their way to help. My husband had an upset stomach and the kitchen staff was very considerate and accommodated our needs. The front staff was able to provide a hot water bottle and some basic medicines. Couldn't have been more grateful. Thank you."
