We had a family emergency and needed a comfortable place to stay on short notice.
The owner was flexible on extending days as the family member we were supporting had her stay extended with little notice.
This home was spotless in a quiet neighborhood with trees all around. It looked newly remodeled, freshly painted and was nicely decorated. Highly recommend this home.
We had a great time ! Rental was perfect for our family. Beds were so comfy! Definitely would recommend!! A very short distance to Lake Sequoyah. Super clean and accommodating! Perfect!

Comfortable stay
Clean & comfortable. Carport was nice for unloading our vehicle, especially with the rainstorms we had. Pretty wisteria trees out back. Could use a trashcan in bathroom & ensuring all lightbulbs work. Appreciate host running over some lanterns when the electricity went out. Would recommend a stay here.
(I have picture proof of all of this just in case) check in was super easy, host was amazing and very helpful with everything. House was beautifully decorated. There are plenty of reasons why I gave it only 3 starts. First issue was we lost a ring in the green couch so we undid the Velcro and found an entire little burrito/toquito thing covered in hair. Which clearly means the couch was not cleaned. Next issue: the tv wasn’t working for the whole first day of our stay because of the wifi going in and out of connection all day (weather was fine and sky’s were clear) at this point in the stay it’s 4 stars, until… the ants in the kitchen EVERYWHERE especially at night. They were all on the counter and on the floor by the sliding deck which is where they got in I assume. No food or anything left out, they loved the sink and then window above the sink. THEN as if it can’t get any weirder the last bugs are everywhere in both bedrooms. All over the windows, the lamps, the beds. It was awful. My very last straw was waking up this morning to a dead ladybug in the bed (that I slept on and killed at some point) we pay a cleaning fee for professional cleaners and the house was anything but that. Floors and table in the living room were AWFUL and sticky. I really do try to be open minded and all of that but this is the worst experience I’ve had on VRBO so far. No hate on the host whatsoever he was great, cleaning crew probably needs to be fired.
Love the decor and all the upgrades. Laudry detergent, soap , shampoo were included in case your forget. Use the iron . Bed was very comfortable, sheets, pillows etc. Loved the high speeds on ceiling fan. Light was out on porch and was extremely dark and hard to see the code to get in but was 100% other than that minor detail. Would stay here again for sure.
The house was as expected, they even provided a pack and play and high chair for my 10 month old son. My only "issue" is it would have been really nice to have a trash can in the bathroom but otherwise everything was really lovely. I really loved the printed binder that the host left explaining check out rules etc. It was much simpler than trying to pull everything up on my phone and sharing with the other adult.
