「I travel to Covington for business and I absolutely love staying at this hotel. All of the staff are so friendly from the Cleaning crew all the way to the management! I wish I knew all of the names so I could shout them out one by one. However, they’re each wonderful and so kind. That is why this is the only hotel that I will ever stay at when I travel here. it’s very easy to get an Uber or Lyft. It’s about 45 minutes to the airport from here. It’s so well worth it. DoorDash also comes in handy...
「The property was in very good condition. The overhang area where you park to check in or load your vehicle needs to be completed. When it rains you have to wait to check in or load. No ice bucket in room, Do Not Disturb signs, and no basic pen or pads. The staff is outstanding, good parking area, and very safe.」
