I really want to recognize how helpful was the staff with my parents, they don’t speak English and you guys were so respectful and kind with them. I loved the shuffle service to the airport, I was working and they were so happy waiting for their transport without any issues. thanks so much!!

I loved everything except the air conditioning in the spa ‘s locker room. Too cold!

Clean; breakfast good; staff very helpful;

The room was quite large, and has everything you need. However, it is located inside the casino Binion, and requires a bit of walk around to find. You get used to it after a while, if you enter through the Hotel Apache double doors, then the reception is just right there.

Rated 2 stars because the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel itself seemed unsafe, with ongoing activity in the parking lot late at night. The bed was similar to a sofa bed: thin mattress with a bar going across the middle. Reallly uncomfortable. Internet is coupons that run out very quickly, they gave us a handful of coupons at checkin. We planned to stay two nights because of the price, but left after one.
