I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.The air conditioner in the room was not working properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable—especially since I was traveling with four kids, including a 6-month-old baby. Around 12:30 AM, I contacted customer care, and they informed me that a ticket had been raised and someone would call back. However, I did not receive any follow-up.I had to call two more times, but still, no one responded or resolved the issue. This lack of response and follow-up was very disappointing.I usually do not write negative feedback, but this is the first time I felt it was necessary due to the poor service and lack of accountability. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer support and response time.
