You will enjoy the enclosed garden. Parking area on private land adjoining the gîte. CabalCagire (horseback riding) and food on site/ One of the best restaurants in the region, Meurette in Rouède, and access to paragliding activity in Arbas, 4km/Saintt-Bertrand-de-Comminges 33km/Saint-Gaudens 25km/ Saint-Girons 30km/Mourtis ski resort 30km/Hike to the Bear Fountain 10km/Aspet 10km (market, access to the largest underground network in France, Felix Trombe)/Salies-du-Salat 13km (casino, golf and thermal baths). On the ground floor: large living room/lounge opening onto the terrace and the garden adjoining the owner, American kitchen (fryer, robotMarie). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm and baby bed), shower room/WC. Oil central heating.
