「Parking lot is very lit up unlike all the neighboring hotels. We really like that as well as a very friendly staff.」

「Room card key repeatedly did not work on exercise room. Wifi sign in and security issues and ended up not using at all. From second floor room only one emergency fire exit stairwell at one extreme end of building Good breakfast buffet. Excellent mexican/cajun restaurant next door. 」

「ヒューストンからニューオリンズへ向かうレンタカーでの家族旅行で利用。ＮＡＳＡスペースセンターから東に１時間程。ハイウェイ沿いなので見つけ易い。 部屋は清潔で朝食もまずまず。ハイウェイが近いので夜間の車の走行音はあるが、ホテル内は静か。夕食も近隣に地元の人に人気のレストランがあり、良かった。オススメします。」

「The room was dirty. When we left i noticed the blanket had a stain. The bathroom was dirty. The shower head was gross. We had to ask for new towels. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. 」

「I got the room for two nights but the beds was to hard we check out early. I let the front desk know and all she could say was " well most people like hard beds" didnt try to make it rite just said its after check out so i got to charge you for a full day . The trash out side was over filled. Asked about the pool they said no cause something about the motor but the next day someone told us that there was clearer in the pool. I dont believe we will staying here again. 」

「Manager Amit was very helpful, arrived last minute and welcomed and assisted with our enquiries. A large 2 bed room awaited with sitting area. Cereal, oats, muffins, apples. Coffee yes, juice no (or other hot food) for breakfast. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Quiet and safe, with good parking. Would stay again.」

「Upon arrival, our room was clean & we were able to check in a little early than 3 p.m. The staff was very professional & checked us in promptly. Later in the evening we went to the bar for drinks & decided to eat supper while there. The food was excellent & Leslie, the bartender was gracious, professional & very knowledgeable of the questions I asked. She was included in the conversations several of us at the bar were having & she talked very highly of MGM Elegante. We will revisit this hotel...
