"Nous avons réservé ce gîte avec des amis pour se retrouver tous ensemble (16 personnes) durant 2 jours. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir réservé ce gîte qui est grand, accueillant, fonctionnel, avec beaucoup de charme et un très grand et beau jardin ! Le cadre était très apaisant et permet de faire une pause durant quelques jours avec des amis ou de la famille. De plus, tout est prévu pour nous faciliter les démarches (remise des clefs, explications des installations, départ, etc)."

"When we arrived no one was there. We found out 1 door was open. The house was not clean, sticky floors, dirty tablecloth and dust nets every where. Even in the shower. 2 days later we met someone, when we told her about the state of the house she reacted a little bit annoyed. The house is situated beautifully in a quiet environment. There is no washing machine and no WiFi. Maybe something to think about in the future. We spent a week at the house and had a good time. It is a pitty the house...

Vitre cassée ( dangereuse ) Et de plus le bain nordique n est pas en activité malgres notre demande (fallait soit disant changer l eau …..mais pas été fait pendant la semaine . Une maison totalement rénovée, des équipements généreux et d'une très grande qualité (télévisions, vaisselle, électroménager, meubles, literie, climatisation à l'étage,....), un jardinet avec salon, dans un environnement ultra calme et à proximité de la rivière Sarthe. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The building is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. The owner, Jean Pierre is a real character! He has built the property with his own hands & has done an incredible job. The area is beyond beautiful, absolutely spotless clean & nearby some beautiful locations. The owners are some of the friendliest, warmest hosts I have ever came across. They went above and beyond to ensure we were settled and happy with our stay. They even fixed a couple of bikes for us...

It was very comfortable for two - comfy bed in a romantic middle room and a cosy kitchen with a great view through the main door and with the option to eat outside. "Comfortable bed and the kitchenette was adequate for small snacks. Close enough for the city centre. Underground carpark with about 25 spaces but costs extra. Staff friendly and helpful. Some noise from the nearby railway line but NOT so much as to disturb sleep (we had the window open as it was hot weather. No air-con but the hotel had provided a portable fan. "
