Gabriele Cabin | Rustic Retreat Near Downtown

Gabriele Cabin at Wauhatchie Woodlands is a cozy, tiny cabin located just 5 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. It offers access to a private hot tub, a furnished back deck, and a covered front deck with a charcoal grill. In addition, there is a shared fire pit for you to enjoy during your stay. The natural surroundings are incredibly charming and memorable. With a main bedroom and a sleeping loft, Gabriele can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Chattanooga is a city known for its railroads. There are active train tracks that border the property to the north and I-24 is about half a mile away. Please note that light sleepers may be affected by the ambient city and train noise. Each cabin has been equipped with a white noise machine to help minimize any disturbance. Fantastic! Perfect spot for our family of 4. The kids loved the upstairs loft and hot tub. The home was clean, comfortable and has everything needed for a stay in Chatt. 5 minutes from Ruby Falls and Main St with lots of food and brewery options. The setting was everything, carefully tucked away in the woods. We loved it!!

Quaint/Quiet Stay!

The mini cabin was the perfect fit for our week long stay. It was conveniently located within 10 minutes of the Ironman event and the hot tub was much enjoyed after. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

This was just as described and just what we needed for a short getaway now too far from home. Loved the cabin and how secluded you feel yet close to everything! The cabin has everything you need. We definitely plan to visit again!

Great Place

It was such a cute little cabin. Loved having the porches w/grill and hot tub. The property was close to downtown and major attractions. You did hear the train, but loved hearing.

Perfect location

This cozy cabin is the perfect spot for a retreat. It’s quiet and secluded, but just moments from downtown Chattanooga and many attractions. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed using the charcoal grill and the hot tub. It was a great place to relax and unwind in the evenings after exploring the area during the day. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful scenery and I loved the rustic vibe. We felt like we were in the forest, but were, in reality minutes away from everything we needed. It’s a good central location to explore Chattanooga. We were no more than 30 minutes away from pretty much everything we wanted to explore.

This was the PERFECT little get away! The cabin was beautiful. Staff was amazing— communication was great— check in/out was super smooth! Everything about it was perfect! The location was very convenient. We will definitely be coming back next year! I 100% recommend!

Cozy Cabin in a great location!

We loved our stay at Gabriel’s cabin! It is modern, cozy, and has everything you would need all while being only 10-15 minutes away from numerous coffee shops and great restaurants. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet had everything we could want a short drive away. The hot tub was also a great perk for the more chilly evenings! We will definitely be back!

What a cute and unique property! It was a perfect touch to our stay in Chattanooga. The Gabriele cabin had enough distance from train that it was not bothersome. We enjoyed this property very much!

Great place to stay!!!

We did enjoy our stay. We were busy the whole time that we only got to use the hot tub the last night we where there. Being that close to the railroad tracts was not noticeable inside the cabin, we would sit on the deck and could hear them. The only time it got loud was when the Engine car was going by. we cook a lot of our own meals, so we could have used some larger pots. But that was not a problem for us, and no need to bother anyone. I am a coffee-holic, so the small coffee pot was running nonstop... LOL!!! The staff we seen were very friendly and helpful!

We stayed here for our mini moon a couple days after our wedding and it was perfect! Clean and great setup. Our dog loved the area as well! Would definitely recommend this to others.
