A self-contained studio in a green setting

We welcome you in a 25m² outbuilding adjoining our house and we will be happy to share with you our garden and the view of the Seine.

Access:
Paris is accessible in 15 minutes from the RER station "Chatou". This station is located 10 minutes by bus or 20 minutes walk from the accommodation by the banks of the Seine.

Setting:
Located in a green setting, this refurbished studio is adjacent to our residence and offers a privileged view of the Seine and a green garden. Ideal location for jogging, walks along the Seine or simply enjoying the calm of the garden while watching the barges go by.

Accommodation:
This large studio can accommodate up to four people (2 adults and 2 children) or 3 adults thanks to its mezzanine.
- Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, two-burner induction hob, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. A round wooden table and four chairs will allow you to dine facing the garden.
- On the bedroom side: a mezzanine bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) accessible by a miller's ladder (Please note that this room is not recommended for people with reduced mobility and young children).
- Living room: the sofa bed with a quality mattress 140 x 190 cm transforms the lounge area into a second haven of rest and allows you to stay with four people.
- Bathroom: a small bathroom with shower, toilet and mirror cabinet and washbasin.
- garden side: garden table, barbecue and deckchair

You will stay in this bright and well-decorated accommodation in which you will probably quickly feel comfortable. After a day of shopping or working, it will be very pleasant for you to enjoy the calm of the banks of the Seine.
